Scrambled Eggs with Feta & Spinach (V)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • salt & Pepper to taste

Method

1. Whisk eggs in a bowl

2. Heat butter or oil in a pan and saute the spinach until wilted

3. Pour eggs into the pan and stir gently

4. When the eggs are almost done, add in the feta cheese

5. Season with salt & pepper
